A weekly review for reading, habits and plants
Bring the week’s observations onto one page, then choose a small priority for the next week.

A planner can become a list of unfinished tasks. Start your review with what actually happened: reading, repeated actions and plant observations. Then decide what to keep, change or leave behind.
Bring three notes together
Choose one note from reading, one from habits and one from plants. You do not need to copy the complete records.
Review questions
What worked as expected?
What took more effort than planned?
What do I want to keep next week?
What can I remove or simplify?
Choose one priority
Give one useful goal a realistic next step and leave space for unexpected events. Empty planner space is not a failure.
An example to adapt
Choose two short reading sessions. Keep one plant inspection reminder. Continue one journal line after tidying the desk. These are examples, not a universal schedule.
Keep a reading record
Save the book’s current status, record each session and add one observation. At the next review, you will have a trace of the sessions rather than a vague impression.
Finish with a step
Add one task to the planner and a date for the next review. Other ideas can remain notes without becoming this week’s commitments.
